Before you put your Nundies on, gently fold the pants in half lengthways, then cup your hands over the absorbent pad. Rub your hands back and forth — this helps soften them up and get them ready to fit snugly.

This quick step helps the pants mould to the body and activates the leak guards around the legs — so your little legend stays comfy and protected.

When it’s time to take them off, you can either pull them down or tear the sides — whatever works best.

    Not what I expected - disappointed

    happy with the pants for a few months. Recently the do not hold everything and makes a mess when taking them off. BM fall out. Size fits but sides do not sit well enough.
